Happy Halloween 



Today is celebrated in Brazil, USA and other countries around the world to Halloween´s day and I would be teaching a recipe for curly mummies.

Curly mummies
Ingredients:

30g fresh yeast
1 cup of warm water
1/2 cup of light beer
4 tablespoons of oil
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
5 cups of flour
1 egg yolk beaten
 

For the Filling:

sausages
mustard

How to make:

- In a blender beat the yeast, water, beer, oil, sugar, salt and 1/2 cup flour;

- Transfer mixture to a bowl, cover and let rest for 20 minutes;

- After the 20mim resting, add the remaining flour and knead the dough on a floured surface. Then cover and let rest for 40 minutes;

- After the 40mim resting, the dough into thin strip with roll, take the sausage and wrapping it go, stop near the end, leave about a finger and start at the other end, without ever leaving 1 finger cover mass. Brush over with beaten egg yolk and let rest for 20 minutes.

- Then take the preheated oven at 200 º C for 25minutos. or until golden.

- After baking place where drops of mustard sausage is massless like eyes and your mummy is ready!
