The bar was opened in July 2012, and the space will be open initially for one year and aims to promote the game Resident Evil 6, which was released in October last year.

The Biohazard Cafe and Grill aims to make fans feel like Resident Evil Raccoon City. The bar features themed food, replica props, and dancing girls from the group Angelique, and various artifacts Resident Evil lining the walls, there is a Tyrant in full size! The Biohazard Cafe and Grill is in Shinjuk, Japan

 
The bar has themed food, drinks served in test tubes, sprays, has the famous green herb and the most famous dish of the bar that is the brain.
