 Charred Wolf Meat

ingredients:

- 1kg of rump

                     - Garlic to taste

                     - Salt to taste

How to make:

1 - Take a piece of rump clean if deemed necessary;

2 - Place garlic and salt to taste. Remember that too much salt is harmful to health;

3 - Place the meat in a baking dish;

4 - Bake in preheated oven at 200 º C;

5 - Lets get cooking meat in the oven, turning go from 15 to 15 minutes;

6 - Leave in the oven until very dry outside, but do not overcook;

7 - It takes approximately 1 hour baking 45mim;

8 - Serve hot.
