Ingredients:

- 300g of meat (shoulder without muscle, core ACEM)

- 2 medium potato

- 1 medium pumpkin Italian

- 1 large carrot

- Salt

- 2 garlic

- Coloring, or spice turmeric.

How to prepare:

1 - Cut the meat into cubes, season with salt and chopped garlic;

2 - Put a strand of oil in the pan and let it heat, place the meat to fry, dye and leave until it begins to sizzle and add water and simmer (if very hard put some pressure on 15mim);

3 - When the meat is almost cooked, add the chopped carrot (diced, or the way you see fit, but not too large);

4 - When the carrot is almost cooked add the potato, and when the potato is almost cooked add the pumpkin, and when the pumpkin is already turn off the fire!
