 Hello guys, sorry for the absence, but I took a recess. But let's get back to business,  recipes.  Leveraging the recess I made ​​several recipes to post here on the blog. Starting with the most famous Christmas turkey. Requires level culinary Workman 225-300 in the game, but it's an easy recipe to be prepared. This dish is made only once a year, both in game and in real life, in the game it can be done at the Pilgrim's Bounty and in real life only on Christmas.


Slowly Roast Turkey

Igredients:

- 1 turkey

- 1 cup of red wine

- 3 garlic clove

- Salt to taste

- Black pepper to taste

- Honey to taste



How to prepare:

1 - Place the turkey in a bowl, drop the wine, mash the garlic clove and drop along with the wine, put salt and pepper to taste;

2 - Marinate an overnight turning a 2-fold;

3 - Make streusel with the kids and put the turkey inside and close to stitching with a line .

4 - Put the turkey in a roasting pan and cover with foil and place in oven at 220 º; Let cook slowly and after cooking remove the foil and let it brown slowly on both sides, rub a little honey on the turkey breast to stay more golden brown.
