Fish Fry

This is a cooking recipe that was added in the game with the expansion Cataclism, a recipe for culinary level: Illustrious Grand Master 450-525, but has no mystery to be made, the level of real income is very easy.

ingredients:

- 500g fish to fry of your choice (can be catfish, piau, tilápia I don´t know all names in english ... whatever you think tastes better)
- Sal

- 1 lemon

- Oil for frying

- Paper towel



How to prepare:

1-In a bowl place the fish and season with salt and lemon juice and marinate for about 15 minutes;

2 - Put oil in pan and heat it up;

3- Some people like to spend flour in the fish from sticking to, is the option for those who want;

4 - Depending on your pan fry all at once, let it brown on both sides, remove and place on paper towel to remove excess oil and serve hot!
